EUROPEAN CUISINE Guests at the lodge dine in elegance, while palatably pleasing meals are artistically created by our Chef. A different menu is presented to guests daily. Some of the gourmet delicacies offered are Escargot Bourguignon, Clear Mushroom Soup with Puff Pastry Hood, Asparagus Terrine on Radish Vinaigrette, Strawberry Sherbet, Roast Duck Nossi-be with Ham Rice, and Chocolate Mousse. A screened breakfast veranda adds a finishing touch to the main lodge, where guests can delight in a gourmet breakfast. Fresh Espresso, Cappuccino, and specially created coffees are prepared daily, filling the air with an aroma that stimulates the appetite.
